Series/Season Finales
I totally agreed with you on My Name is Earl and that 70's show. I think Joy has to be the my favorite character on Earl, she's just so hickish and hilarious. She's even funnier when she's drunk if that's possible! As for That 70's show I really enjoyed all the seasons but that last one. I think the character of Eric was really the heart of the show and when he left it just wasn't the same. I didn't miss Kelso as much but it was nice that those 2 characters came back at the end and gave it some closure-even though it was with more of a whimper than a bang like you said.
I stopped watching ER when Carter left. As good as that show's been through the years I think it's just gone on too long. I think when the only original cast member you had chooses to go it's time to put an end to it. From your description though it does sound like the season finale was good.
